Two round forms with triangle and line motif, height 25 cm.
After the electric kiln (900°C) I draw with pencil a horizontal line on the belly and vertical lines. These lines are the basis of all decorations to be filled out differently.
I use the compass to draw the distances along the vertical lines so that it makes the (eye) impression of squares and work my way to the neck and to the bottom. Subsequently I draw one diagonal line and so the triangles appear. One half of the square I fill with white glaze, the other half blackens in the process of firing raku. For the other round form I draw the lines in glaze without filling the triangles. Here you see very clearly the difference between the original lines and the effect of the triangles.
